Wearable’s are expected to be big in 2015 and Huawei is getting in on the game with its new Huawei Watch which has been announced at MWC 2015.
The Huawei Watch comes with Google’s Android Wear OS and the device features a 1.4 inch circularAMOLED display with a resolution of 400 x 400 pixels and 286 pixels per inch.
The design of the Huawei Watch looks interesting the watch measures 42mm in diameter and is 11.3mm thick it also comes with a Sapphire crystal display.
Huawei has obviously taken design cues and also materials from conventional wrist watches as the device is made from 316L stainless steel.
The Huawei Watch features a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad core processor and it also features 512MB of RAM and 4GB of built in storage.
Connectivity comes in the form of Bluetooth 4.0/4.1 and it features an Gyroscope + Accelerometer, PPG, Barometer, Vibration Motor plus a 300 mAh battery and a built in microphone.
The Watch from Huawei will be available with a choice of either a stainless steel watch band or a leather watch band, as yet there are no details on pricing.
